GATHERINGS

Back-to-Basics

June 13 - 15

Be still, be well, and connect with what’s inside you.

We spend so much time steeped in the responsibilities of our daily life; careers, family obligations, world events. How often do we make time to care for ourselves?

Take a respite from your busy life to catch your breath. Come to Kayser Ridge Retreat Center for our Back-to-Basics Gathering focused on rest, rejuvenation, and self-care.

Participate in grounded breathing techniques, flowing yoga sessions, and hikes through scenic trails. Take a break from meal planning by enjoying homemade baked goods and delicious, curated meals. Settle into guided journaling with your favorite throw.

Let us hold space for you to find peace, recharge, and reconnect.
